LiveFit Day 16 & No Carb Dinner

It's beginning to look a like like Christmassss...and summer. (in a singing voice, feel lucky you're only reading this) Yep, that's right SUMMER! My first BBQ, sundress filled Christmas is soon to be here. Kiwi's don't go hard out for decor, but luckily for Christmas they do, downtown is looking festive, matching the stores, I'm loving it. (Did someone just hear the McDonald's tagline in their head? Good it's not just me, SEE what I mean about advertisements being stuck in your head more than anything else? It's the truth!

Today for the LiveFit workout was back & biceps::

One of my fav.'s, maybe its the word hammer I like, who know's. I was going to make a clean chicken & spinach lasagna for dinner tonight but I am so tired. Work has been full on!

The tourism industry is wide awake as winter has now come and past, with the weather nice out everyone is wanting to get out on the water. Pretty sweet, I like being busy though so its good having productive jam-packed days.

Thinking of doing a fish and veg dinner like this one I've done before::

Frozen dory fish fillet, baked in tin foil in the oven with some frozen mix-veg, lemon, & pepper
Broccoli, cauliflower, & brussel sprouts sauteed with a tad bit of olive oil and some h20
Top with some Sriracha (purchased from the American Store)

I've been TRYING to not have carbs after 7pm to follow the LiveFit Phase One food guidelines, but some nights its tougher than others. This is a good meal to suite though!

Simple!
