WIAW :: sunday snaps

I had a fab 'me' day over the weekend on Sunday. It included food, youtube filming (I'm a big deal okay...my director isn't too bad either....ya, that'd be me), chillin, and making cereal from scratch. I know what you're thinking, a manicure? Posh right?

A shellac manicure at that...I know, I can barely handle it....

Couldn't help myself.

Today, Wednesday has been a good day. It's been pouring rain since noon but hey the Earth is thirsty so I think I'll let this one slide mother nature, just this once.

My brain has been raining with ideas, thoughts, life planning, thinking, brainstorming, rethinking, and over thinking today as well. Anyone else have days like that? I'm thinking about going back to school to get some more EDU, knowledge is power people, remember that.

I really want to get a certificate in one of the following: basic nutrition, holistic health, fitness nutrition, life/health coaching...you see what I mean? A lot of thinking...if anyone has suggestions I would love to hear them!

I've been researching, and there is a TON of stuff out there. It's almost as vast as the blogging world...millions of options. (picture me saying this in Dr. Evil's voice)

Some of the certs/programs that have really caught my eye are:
ACEfitness certs - weight management specialist & fitness nutrition specialist
1 year program w/ Institute of Integrative Nutrition (holistic - non- science based)
NetFit - A NZ co. - active living & wellness certification & sports nutrition vert

Again, any sugg. please holler!
I've even been looking at the 'about' pages of all my fav. foodie/life bloggers to see where they went to school/got certified...so my brain is basically mush right now.

Currently listening to one of A-Trak Fool's Gold mixes, a bit of dancing in my room solo, and laughing at my snapchats I'm sending people have helped with the mush though.

Homemade cereal w/ banana cinnamon toast & the best PB ever (TJ's 'better than pb')
Quinoa & broccoli wrap w/ tomato, onion, dijon mustard, & avocado
Out & About cookie - double choc. oat chip (cookies are my weakness!)
Spinach leaves salad with sautéed spinach, tofu (homemade marinade), mushrooms, & red onion topped with avo

I hope you all had a great day and did a little something for you...it doesn't have to be Sunday to have 'me' time, everyday can have a little!
