snakes on a plane. no actually, snacks.

What ever do you eat, 30 thousand fight above ground?
Well great question.

Plane food - DUH.

Not to be confused with plain food cause for the most part call me a freak of nature I do like the taste of  plane food. It might be the fact it's your only option, or maybe food just tastes better when you're closer to heaven, none the less it's not bad.

I decided to bring some snakes on the plane this trip...
got cha again...

SNACKS PEOPLE, SNACKS ON A PLANE.

What? You don't remember the movie Snacks on a Plane?

Well, neither do half the people on Earth.
That movie was released to DVD shortly after it premiered.

Sorry Kenan Thompson, might just want to stick to what you know.
And that my friend, is Nickelodeon - the infamous Kenan & Kel show.

Who loves orange soda?

I edited the photo so you can't really tell how scrub-ed out I look...
Oh it didn't work?

Whatever.

For my 12 hour plane trip here are the snacks I'm bringin:
  • RAW food bars - 2 of the linseed, sunflower, & almond - yes, this flavor is that good to have 2 of.
  • This is a super clean choice of snack bars - it's pretty much all in the title, but everything is really simple (raw) and tastey.
  • To be completely honest, it's taste's like baby food. Except you have to chew it. The ginger flavor is also really good too.

  • A gluten-free carob buckwheat crispbread which I haven't tried, but doesn't it sound fancy? Yeah, I'm like that.
  • There is something about a health-food store that really gets me goin - it's true.
  • I love trying new things so I will be sure to report back.
  • Not of course from the air, cause that infers with the transport signals, alien telephone line, wifi for first class travels on a plane, but stay tuned I promise I'll let you know if the bread lives up to it's crispy self.

  • Gogi berries - they literally look like pink rat turds, but tastes a lot better than it....I wouldn't know, and if you do? I don't wanna know.
  • I figured I could eat these plain (or should I sayyy plane) or I can throw them in my yogurt...OR hide them on my neighbors seat to think there is such things as pink rats.
uh OH...from snakes on a plane to rats.
Kenen, maybe you should have gone with that!

  • Raw almonds & Brazil nuts - not sure if you can bring these on, but we shall see. I'm going to put them in my machete holster so it should be just fine.

On my flight they serve dinner, & breakfast.
I gotta tell you after 9 hours on a plane and they bring your breakfast around - that OJ never tastes so good. It's unreal - I usually end up drinking mine like a shot.

I find myself yelling out, "HIT ME AGAIN!"
Then realize it's the sleeping medicine still in effect....
I reach for my gogi berries.

I mean, the OJ is baby size.
Maybe the airline teamed up with RAW food bar company and decided to market baby food in adult form?
Who knows.

Besides bringing store-bought things with you while traveling, you can always pre-make something like my sweet potato & cauliflower mini muffins.

Compact, easy to eat, done deal!
You could even shove some gogi berries in there in you wanted...
put those rat turds to use!

What are some of you go-to snacks when traveling?
