WIAW #2

Round 2 peeps for WIAW

Even after a big day hosting our work Industry Christmas Party the night before, check out the photos here. I still managed to pack a my bag with some clean eats for the day. *raise the roof*

M1: 4 egg whites w/salt& pepper, 1 Mixed Grain Vogel’s slice ‘toast’ w/almond butter
M2: Apple & Raw Almonds
M3: Spinach salad, 1/3 cup brown rice, yellow bell pepper, tomato, & ½ avocado
M4: Carbless crunch ‘Carmel Deluxe Flavour’ (side note: flavor spelt the NZ way)
M5: Lite Greek Yogurt w/strawberries & cinnamon
M6: I attended a Christmas ball for one of my agents, The Hilton Hotel. They had all kinds of awesome food there: sushi station being prepared on the spot, seafood appetizers, bread and dips, a dessert buffet, oyster station, it was insane. I had a risotto ball which was TO DIE for, tried the chibatta bread with pesto, mushrooms, and garlic hummus--Yes, all separately. Had a macaroon which almost made me faint; I literally fell in love. And of course tried pretty much...all the sushi. It was a grand party.

I’m going to start my own mini series for what I ate called, ‘Rock Yo Sock’s Lunchbox’! It won’t be a full day’s of food, but it will feature what I bring for lunch to work.


Lunch can be a hard thing to keep interesting, takes effort to mix it up! Hopefully Rock Yo Sock Lunchbox can give everyone a chance to pull that light switch above our head and try some new stuff. Holler peeps!
