I love leg day, or should I call them life trunks? I just love trees, notice them all the time, some really jump out at me, so yeah calling legs: life trunks, works for me.
Check out this cool tree I saw yesterday on my bike-ride below. Even though it was a rest day it still was productive and active. Active rest. Can I get a hell yeahh??? Okay...what about a *raise the roof*? Sweet.
I passed it and was riding for about a minute until I thought..."I need to go back and get a photo." I take pictures of everrrything. It's because my worst fear is loosing my memory. The pics are backup people!

Day 31's workout looks like this::
Warming up and stretching are both things you should be doing before and after working out, every time. Stretching is especially helpful when weight trainings because it enables you to have full range of motion. The warm up set here should be easy, light-weight, it's exactly what it is, "warming up" your muscles for heavier lifting later!
Like I mentioned before, the program is slowing introducing new terminology, today's term is: "lifting to failure."

I'm Marvelous In My Monday today because I was able to go into today's work-week knowing I had a great weekend, took care of myself, had fun, and got some stuff done too. Check out more photos of the weekend here!
