get lean wit da GREEN BEAN

Are you tired when you get home from work? Don't apologize...it's okay! This recipe is healthy and perfect for a no-brainer side dish for dinner. 

Ingredients//

  • hands
  • eyes
  • frozen green beans
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • coconut/oil or canola oil
Not required: 
  • a brain
  • fancy ingredients
  • long elaborate directions to follow

Directions//
  1. Spray a baking sheet with cooking oil - canola, coconut oil, whatevs
  2. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  3. Lay out frozen green beans flat onto baking sheet
  4. Drizzle (what a cool word) the olive oil (extra virgin....virgin...Madona's a big fan) over the green beans 
  5. Roast (another good word) for 20 - 25 minutes 
  6. Enjoy with dinner!
