goin green

As you cool cats know March is all about the greenness for 'what I ate Wednesday' - I've been bringing my Jessness to the table....literally the kitchen table...and stylin up my meals in true green fashion.


Check out some ways I've been 'going green' this past week:

 green tea frap from 'the bucks'
yes, they are here in NZ, & yes I know where every single one is.

 broccoli medley w/sriracha
  
 snack - corn thins, dijon mustard,
& spinach leaves w/a dash of pepper

 black bean lentil shredded chicken on top a bed of spinach leaves
I topped this with greek yogurt & yes, more sriracha

wholewheat mini pita, more of my black bean chicken, tomato,
spinach leaves, onion, tomato
delish.

  1. Mmmmm omg I love the green tea fraps!! I haven't had one in ages but that now has to change soon haha...you just made me want one real bad!!
